The workshop

Bright sewing studio stacked with rolls of faux fur

A small studio, a lot of fur!

Dizzy Penguin Fursuits is a two-person tailoring workshop. Patterns are drafted from your own duct taped measurements, cut by hand and sewn on machines that have stitched more fur than we care to count.

We build cheerful, round, huggable characters and we sew for comfort and wearability first, so dancing, hugging and photo lines stay comfortable all weekend.

How a build runs

Four steps from first message to a suit that fits. Nothing gets cut until the quote and the measurements are both agreed.

  1. 01

    First chat

Send your character art or a rough sketch. We talk shapes, fur colours and how much fluff is too much fluff.

  2. 02

    Measure and quote

You send a measurement set, we send a written quote, a build slot and a payment plan that fits it.

  3. 03

    Cut and sew

Base building, fur cutting, and stitching, with progress photos at every major milestone.

  4. 04

    Field test

Vision, airflow, movement are all quality checks before your suit is packed and shipped to your door.
